Everlast Commercial Roofing LLC stands behind our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of service completion
  • The issue must be related to workmanship, not normal wear and tear
  • You must provide reasonable access for our team to inspect the work
  • Materials that have been installed cannot be returned

  4. We will process approved refunds within 10 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of full refunds. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue and the work performed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Emergency repair services
  • Inspection fees
  • Permit costs
  • Materials that have been custom ordered
  • Services affected by weather or acts of nature

Alternative Resolution

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns. In many cases, we can resolve issues through additional service or repairs at no extra cost.
